Summary: Seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage talent acquisition for a mission-oriented organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • A minimum of five years of prior human resource management experience

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws

  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS

Preferred Skills:

  • Human Resources certification credentials (SHRM or HRCI)

  • Prior HR experience in a non-profit or mission-oriented organization

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR team in hiring and talent acquisition processes

  • Oversee compensation and benefits plans to ensure competitiveness and equity

  • Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations affecting the workplace

  • Provide direct supervision to HR team members

 



Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
