Job Summary: Maintain multiple robot cells in working order, from set-up, programming, operation, troubleshooting, and repair to sustain packaging production schedule.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required with 1-3 years of related field experience is desired.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required.
  • Knowledge of Fanuc robot handling guide and 2D IR vision.
  • Prior Robot / automation experience required (Mechanical parts and storage system feeders, laser weld, Keyence sensors & switches, Numatics controls).
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical prints.

Preferred Skills:

  • PLC, HMI, teach pendant - controller programming experience desired.
  • Formal Fanuc training is preferred (Robot handling tool and IR vision).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot pick and place robot working cells, manual, semi, and fully automated equipment, laser and dual pulse electrical weld equipment, and vacuum & shrink sealers.
  • Interact with various equipment including Fanuc, Asyril, Quasys robots, SRM, Ismeca, Vtek, Q-corp equipment.
  • Utilize strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth operation.
  • Program and operate robotic equipment as needed to meet production schedules.
  • Read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical prints to perform maintenance and repairs effectively.
  • Provide support for PLC, HMI, and teach pendant - controller programming when required.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
