Summary: Seeking an Electrical Design Technician to ensure design alignment with project specifications, coordinate with engineering teams, and provide comprehensive drawing packages.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or similar technical field.

  • Minimum 4 years of CAD drafting/design experience of process systems.

  • At least 2 years of Revit 3D modeling/design experience.

  • Proven ability to conduct on-site punch list walks and coordination with construction trades.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to verify field conditions and align design implementation with the project's Basis of Design (BOD) and specifications.

  • Coordinate with project engineers, coordinators, and construction trades for design objectives.

  • Produce clear and accurate 2D/3D drawing packages following site design standards.

  • Create detailed electrical plans including conduit routing, cable tray routing, electrical panel schedules, and equipment layout.

  • Draft One-line Diagrams in AutoCAD for power distribution details like gear, protection devices, feeders, and loads.

  • Support engineering drafting, drawing review/control, and related services for engineered system designs.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
