Summary: Seeking an experienced C# Programmer to design, implement, and deliver high-quality software for complex medical instruments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline (Master's preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in software development for complex instruments/devices with motion control and fluidics

  • Proficiency in Java and one of the following: C/C++, or C#

  • Experience with SOA, Entity framework, and gRPC

  • Familiarity with revision control systems and issue tracking systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of medical device regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 820, IEC 62304, ISO 13485)

  • Experience with system risk/hazard analysis

  • Proficiency with software configuration tools (CVS, SVN, Git), issue tracking (Mantis, Jira), requirements management (DOORS), code review tools (Code Collaborator, Crucible), and project build tools

  • MS Project skills

  • Blazor and ASP .Net

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing embedded/desktop software for medical instruments to meet regulatory standards

  • Developing C# .Net services for instrument activities like scheduling, inventory management, and error recovery

  • Contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle within an Agile or Spiral framework

Additional Information:

  • This is not a remote position; presence in our Merrimack office is required when needed.

  • Duration: 6+ months contract

  • Start Date: ASAP

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $54.00 to $72.00 per hour
