Summary: Contracts Manager responsible for contract administration, negotiation, and management within a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance is required.

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • Certifications such as CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM through NCMA are advantageous.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience required.

  • 5-10 years' experience with a government contractor or agency is preferred.

  • Direct experience in government contracting; aerospace or DoD background is a plus.

  • Proficient knowledge of FARS, DFARS & ITAR/Export Regulations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in law or legal documentation is beneficial.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of prime contracts and subcontracts including those from prime contractors, the U.S. Government, and international customers.

  • Prepare and present responses to customer requests for information, proposals, and quotations.

  • Negotiate and execute NDAs, terms and conditions, pricing schedules, quality requirements, modification requests, import/export requirements as well as manage settlement disputes and legal/contractual obligations.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $56.00 to $75.00 per hour
