Pharma Project Manager

Summary: Seeking an experienced Pharma Project Manager to lead a site expansion project, involving management of cost, schedule, risk, and team coordination.

Job Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in site expansion Project Management

• Ability to be on-site in 5 days a week with potential weekend work

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, life science, business, or related field; or equivalent experience

• Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

• PMP certification preferred

• Experience with the full project life cycle from initiation to completion

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a client's packaging and automated warehouse site expansion

• Oversee project details including cost, schedule, and risk management

• Report to the PMO Lead as staff augmentation

• Lead a team of 15 to 25 individuals with varying degrees of direct report responsibility

• Manage internal project scope of work, budgeting, timelines, and change orders

• Accountable for material planning and cost control for assigned projects

• Handle equipment and resource management for the project(s)

• Develop a detailed project schedule and work plan

• Conduct internal/client management activities for projects

• Address complex technical issues and manage resource allocation

• Support team members and liaise with clients regarding changes in project scope or budget

• Provide clear updates on projects to stakeholders

• Utilize problem-solving skills for equipment/process issues including FMEA and root cause analysis methods

• Interface with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts within budget that meet technical specifications

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
