Summary: Seeking a Production Engineer with experience in aircraft completions, maintenance and manufacturing to manage the production process and recommend efficient processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Engineering, Business or related field

  • Three years of experience in aircraft completions, maintenance and/or components manufacturing

  • Knowledge of engineering practices related to the management of the production process

  • Ability to research, analyze and recommend efficient production processes through concepts regarding work-study, ergonomics, operation research etc.

  • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical information contained in aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems by determining and following detailed action plans

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Project, Access and SharePoint

  • Must be able to function throughout the total facility (including up and down stairs)

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluent in French

  • Aeronautical experience

  • FAA Airframe and Power plant licenses

  • Leadership experience

  • Formal training in Lean/Continuous improvement

  • PMP Certification

  • Knowledge of Visual Basic

Responsibilities:

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
