Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer with extensive experience in ISO CNC and Precision Assembly Environment for a permanent role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited school

  • Minimum of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an ISO CNC and Precision Assembly Environment

  • Must have Root Cause Analysis, process control, problem-solving skills in a Continuous Improvement Environment

  • Experience performing internal audits and audit reporting

  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001; certification is a bonus.

  • Background in CNC Machines and Precision Metal Machining; experience with John Deere or similar organizations is beneficial.

  • Knowledge of CMM and alike measurement machinery, Calibration of Tooling

Responsibilities:

  • Work on new projects as part of the team

  • Conduct root cause analysis, process control, and problem solving in a continuous improvement environment

  • Perform internal audits and prepare audit reports

  • Collaborate with external suppliers and subcontractors.



Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
