Summary: Seeking a Night Shift E&A Specialist experienced in electrical and automation for facility build out, commissioning, and operational support.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 3+ years' experience in Electrical, Controls/Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering related roles OR Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 7+ years' experience in similar roles.

  • Expertise and knowledge to integrate power switch gear, automation components, transformers, and branch circuit protection with motors, valves, filters, and sensors into a high-quality system.

  • AutoCAD proficiency

  • Expertise in drafting electrical schematics with power and control systems

  • Experience programming and troubleshooting PLC ladder logic, structured text, and function blocks using Studio 5000

  • Experience in SCADA and HMI programming. Wonderware software is preferred.

  • Knowledge of industry standards like OSHA and UL requirements.

  • Experience in Food or Beverage industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support start up activities including commissioning, defining ways of working.

  • Draft electrical schematics and support power & controls

  • Programming & Troubleshooting PLCs

  • HMI Programming

  • Review User Requirement Specification (URS) and make the necessary Electrical and Automation recommendations based on company standards.

  • Support training for operators and maintenance teams according to company guidelines.

  • Design electrical design using AUTOCAD according to company standards. This includes necessary electrical calculations and SISTEMA documentation.

  • Review/Create PLC tagging using company S88 document standards.

  • Create/Review Network Architecture and communication exchange signals between PLCs.

  • Create checklist for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) according to company guidelines.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
