Summary: Research & Development Manager with expertise in animal protein, specifically Porcine and Bovine, to lead product innovation and team development.

R&D Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in developing new products and enhancing existing ones

  • Oversee complex research projects from inception to conclusion

  • Analyze results and provide strategic recommendations

R&D Manager Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field required

  • Experience with animal material is essential

  • Specific experience with bovine and Porcine proteins necessary

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable management role

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills with a solid track record of problem-solving

  • Effective at communication within cross-functional teams

  • Deep commitment to innovation in product development

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $30.00 to $60.00 per hour
