Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer to update and program an aging depalletizing system using Allen Bradley PLCs, Powerflex 525 VFDs, and Keyence safety systems.

  • Requirements:

    • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming
    • Familiarity with automatic conveyors
    • Knowledge of light curtains and servo controls
    • Proficiency in working with variable frequency drives (VFD)

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Powerflex 525 VFDs
    • Knowledge of Keyence light curtains and stack lights

  • Responsibilities:

    • Update and program existing depalletizing systems on site
    • Integrate new components such as VFDs, servo drives, and sensors
    • Troubleshoot and debug system updates
    • Ensure safety system updates are implemented effectively


Pay Details: $56.00 to $75.00 per hour
