Summary: Seeking a Quality Tech II to support manufacturing efforts and conduct investigations into returned devices for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in engineering or technical field, or 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in diagnostic testing and root cause failure analysis
  • Experience with data analysis and Excel

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA)
  • Knowledge of MES Access, IQS, and historian systems
  • Experience with CT scanning and thickness gauge measurements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance for manufacturing process improvements
  • Conduct initial root-cause investigations on product complaints
  • Ensure product traceability and maintain compliance with quality policies
  • Interact with various departments to gather necessary information for investigations


Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
