Summary: Seeking a Measurement Technician to assist R&D teams in product development and analysis with expertise in metrology and measurement systems.

  • Develop concepts and construct prototypes/products.

  • Document prototypes using mechanical drawing or CAD software.

  • Propose creative solutions for design and process concepts.

  • Execute building and testing of prototypes per engineering instructions.

  • Assist in establishing specifications and quality standards.

  • Identify and obtain supplies/services using internal/external resources.

  • Communicate project status to teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience with metrology, specifically dimensional measurement methods for medical device products.

  • Proficiency in programming Keyence IM, Keyence LM, Visicon equipment; experience with other systems like SmartScope, CMM, CT Scanner is beneficial.

  • Ability to develop measurement recipes using various software tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Data analysis skills including Excel proficiency (sorting data, statistics calculation).

  • Experience conducting experiments and GR&R tests.

  • Familiarity with Minitab is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline.

  • 3 years of related experience.



Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
