Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspections of machined and sheet metal parts, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in machining and/or sheet metal industry
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and standards
  • Knowledge of inspection equipment setup and calibration
  • Understanding of geometric tolerance and verification methods
  • Strong statistical and numerical ability

Preferred Skills:

  • Related technical Associate's degree

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections visually and mechanically
  • Verify completion of returned parts
  • Identify quality issues during the shift
  • Collaborate on verification/validation protocols with design engineers and technicians
  • Assist in developing inspection processes and equipment when needed
  • Ensure calibration and repair of inspection equipment


Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
