Summary: Seeking an Electrical Designer experienced in Eplan/UL508 for custom automation projects, focusing on electrical design, industrial control systems, and project collaboration.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in electrical design for custom automation using EPLAN Electric P8 or AutoCAD Electrical

  • Strong knowledge of electrical concepts and best practices

  • Experience with electrical and pneumatic systems troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with industrial automation hardware including PLCs, VFDs, servomotors, DC control circuits, and pneumatic components

  • Proficiency in US electrical standards NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 79, and UL508A

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC hardware

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and design engineers to develop efficient electrical designs

  • Evaluate and select industrial control system hardware to meet specific requirements

  • Create schematics and bills of materials using EPLAN Electric P8

  • Design custom industrial control panels including layouts and calculations

  • Manage schedules to ensure timely delivery of control panels and parts

  • Provide support during assembly and debugging operations



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
