Production Training Specialist
Summary: Seeking a Production Training Specialist with experience in electronic assembly operations, soldering, and developing training content.
Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Two years of experience with related assembly operations
-
PCB soldering experience and knowledge of best practices
-
Strong attention to detail and planning skills
-
Ability to read and understand production prints and work instructions

Proficient computer skills
Preferred Skills:
-
Five years of experience in electronic assembly operations
-
Knowledge or certification in IPC J-STD and IPC-A-610 standards
-
Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles

Proficient with Microsoft Office
Job Responsibilities:
-
Develop training checklists and content for assembly operations (cable assemblies, soldering, PCB assemblies)

Create training materials for assembly-support processes (Bill of Materials, production travelers, Standard Operating Procedures)

Coordinate and deliver training programs to team members
-
Develop Quality procedures training in conjunction with the Quality Department
-
Assist in Lean Manufacturing Principles training development and delivery
-
Create course materials including PowerPoint presentations, class exercises, handouts, tests, and assessments

Provide training schedules, coordinate enrollments, and record attendance
-
Assess training effectiveness through metrics analysis and stakeholder feedback
-
Participate in continuous improvement projects supporting relevant training needs
Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
