CNC Machinist

Summary: Seeking a CNC Machinist with experience in industrial settings and proficiency in operating various machine tools.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years prior industrial experience preferred

• Completed 4-year apprenticeship program, or 16,000 hours combined education and experience

• Trained to run typical shop equipment such as lathe, mill, grinder, and drill press

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to read blueprints and machine metallic and nonmetallic parts to print tolerances

• Proficient in calculating feeds and speeds, adjusting for cutting conditions

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machine tools such as mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses

• Optimize processing by adjusting feeds and speeds based on cutting conditions

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
