Continuous Improvement Lead
Summary: Seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings through Lean methodologies.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or mathematics.

5+ years of experience with lean manufacturing tools and systems implementation.

Proficiency in Lean tools such as Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, TAKT Time and Cell Design, Pull System (Kanban), VSM.

Data analysis skills in MS Excel, Pareto, and Control charts.

Experience in manufacturing with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and requirements.

Knowledge of APQP (design for quality).

Excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
-
Project Management experience.

Automotive experience.
-
Lean or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Review manufacturing processes to identify Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities for increased efficiency and cost savings.

Use advanced problem-solving tools like 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Process FMEA.

Lead and coach others on lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Facilitate Kaizen events and CI projects from definition through execution.

Coordinate cross-functional resources for CI events and communicate results effectively.

Establish visual management tools for continuous improvement and problem escalation.

Track transformation progress through data collection and analysis to reduce process variation and improve capabilities.

Assist in reporting management updates and best practice sharing throughout the organization.

Utilize appropriate lean tools such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, JIT, Kanban, Visual Management, Pull systems, Cell Design, Root cause analysis.
Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
