Summary: Seeking a Program Quality Functional Lead with automotive experience in ISO, Quality Systems, NPI, and Customer Experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent); Master's preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management in the automotive or truck manufacturing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems.

  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of launch and plant production processes.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to truck manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the organization's ISO system; lead audit programs.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

  • Lead design and process risk analysis strategies.

  • Collaborate with teams to develop corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.

  • Lead quality readiness activities for new product introductions.

  • Conduct programs quality readiness reviews.

  • Monitor field quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Participate in recall decision-making processes with other functions.

  • Actively lead the problem-solving process by reviewing validation findings with engineering teams.

  • Establish quality control standards to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Provide guidance and support to quality engineers through training and coaching.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
