CNC Lathe Machinist

Summary: Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with expertise in Lathe operations for a dynamic role in carbon fiber manufacturing, offering potential for hire.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with Lathes and 5-axis machines

• Ability to work in an environment with graphite particles and maintain safety standards

• Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card due to ITAR Work Regulations

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with carbon fiber plant operations is advantageous

• Experience in machining within environments that have airborne particles

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Lathe machinery effectively and efficiently

• Provide technical support and ensure quality control throughout the machining process

• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation

• Adhere to all safety guidelines, especially related to graphite particle exposure

Other Information:

• Initial contract duration of 6+ months with potential for hire based on performance

• Expected to work 40 hours per week with possible overtime ranging from 0-10 hours

• Start date: ASAP

 

 Pay: 20-27

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
