Summary: Seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer with expertise in software evaluation, network administration, and vulnerability assessment to support the Launch and Test Range System.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Five or more years of experience in Cybersecurity engineering

  • DoD 8570 IASAE II certification (CASP CE, CISSP (or Associate), or CSSLP)

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

  • Valid U.S. Driver's License

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Linux/Unix operating systems, Cisco products, VMWare/virtualization, and Cross Domain Solutions/Guards

  • Strong understanding of DIACAP, RMF, ACAS, and Vulnerability Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Cybersecurity engineering support for the Launch and Test Range System

  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives

  • Support DoD Assessment & Authorization activities following RMF process

  • Develop, modify, and review A&A documentation

  • Analyze IT systems for compliance with DoD policies and project requirements

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies

  • Present briefings, written summaries, and reports on Cybersecurity matters

  • Provide subject matter expertise to project teams

  • Support proposal development by estimating Cybersecurity schedules and labor

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or weekends

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

 

 Pay: 60-70

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
