Summary: Seeking a MEP Construction Administrator with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to review submittals and verify conformance at job sites.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in construction field or advanced MEP design

  • Ability to view documents in AutoCAD and REVIT for shop drawing review

  • Willingness to travel for periodic site observations

Preferred Skills:

  • Detail oriented

  • Well organized

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) submittals

  • Answer requests for information from contractors

  • Travel to job sites to perform site observations of ongoing MEP installation

  • Verify conformance with contract drawings

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per hour
