Summary: In search of an Operations Leader with specialization in managing manufacturing teams and overseeing business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience supervising hourly employees

  • Experience utilizing business systems and tools that aid in managing labor and processes

  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in production/manufacturing/operations or similar environment

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools

  • Familiarity with Oracle, Autotime, Power BI tools

  • Six-Sigma Certificate (Green or Black Belt) Lean Manufacturing Certificate

  • Associate degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience; or a Bachelors degree in an appropriate business or technical field and four (4) years of related experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Managing high reliability electronic manufacturing teams

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Operations performance against business requirements through the execution of day to day operations by leading manufacturing hourly workforce

  • Being the first level of elevation for the team

  • Responsible for product flow to meet and exceed both internal and external customer needs

  • Owning and taking pride in being a "People Manager" to best capitalize on untapped potential of team members so that both the team and business can be successful

  • Ensuring that all employees are working safely, according to work instructions, challenging the team in order to continue to grow individually and as a team.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
