Summary: Seeking a Reliability Engineer with experience in aviation manufacturing and quality/reliability for problem-solving, data analysis, and customer interface.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 5 years in aviation manufacturing with an emphasis on quality/reliability

  • Familiarity with aerospace quality systems, engineering standards, tools, and protocols

  • Proficiency with industry tools for organizing, analyzing, and reporting data

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and processes

  • Bachelor's/Technical and/or advanced degree(s) in engineering or related field is required

  • Project management experience is required

  • Training in Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use problem-solving techniques and data analysis methodologies to resolve reliability risks

  • Cooperate closely with engineering and manufacturing processes to understand reliability failures/issues and develop mitigation plans

  • Identify production issues to evaluate and support root cause corrective actions to improve processes and outcomes

  • Monitor and document production issues and field performance data to identify potential systemic issues affecting customer satisfaction

  • Collect, document, maintain customer quality, reliability metrics; prepare timely reports

  • Interface with regulatory agencies and customers

 



Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
