Summary: Hiring an Electrical & Automation Manager with expertise in electricity, automation, process control, manufacturing execution systems, and factory automation system infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent, preferably electrical engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field of electricity and automation within a manufacturing facility; food manufacturing or consumer goods industry preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of electricity, automation, instrumentation, industrial networks, low voltage systems, medium voltage and high voltage installations.

  • Good knowledge of Instrumentation and Process Control Systems.

  • Proficiency in automation systems and equipment (HMIs, PLCs).

  • Understanding of food processing operations and technology.

  • Knowledge on Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

  • Familiarity with food safety regulatory requirements for food safety, hygienic engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and implementing necessary solutions related to roles and responsibilities, compliance risk management maintenance improvements and strategies for electricity controls MES.

  • Developing and maintaining Electrical & Automation competencies at the factory including technical/management competencies talent review career/succession planning etc.

  • Setting direction priorities schedules with factory Electrical/Process Control engineers for all key E&A initiatives to be implemented in the factories.

  • Ensuring the technical integrity/performance of electrical energy supply distribution is maintained at all times.

  • Developing strategy for MES following Group Engineering standards.

  • Working closely with the factory ITC ensuring compliance with company requirements for FAS environment applications.

  • Identifying participating supporting preparation of E&A-MES capital project proposals - including budget scopes justification schedules design implementation efforts etc.

  • Defining controlling E&A Budget for M&R reviewing CAPEX projects budgets validating savings paybacks for capital projects defining plans to reduce maintenance cost etc.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
