Summary: Financial Projects Specialist - Execute cross-functional projects, support tax filings, drive Concur and ReadSoft administration, and oversee procure-to-pay processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
  • 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of audit controls and requirements
  • Significant procure-to-pay experience, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or automated accounting systems

    Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in process reviews, standardization, and automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with acquisition integration support
  • Proficiency in preparing reports for tax filings and supporting FP&A team with KPI measurement
  • Expertise in Concur and ReadSoft administration, including user access reviews, training, and international expansion
  • Knowledge of T&E processes, expense reporting systems, and policies

    Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects and initiatives of various scopes, such as process reviews, acquisition integration support, and international ERP/PTP tool implementations
  • Prepare reports for tax filings and provide accurate data to support KPI measurement by the FP&A team
  • Drive non-routine Concur and ReadSoft administration activities, including user access reviews, training, and international expansion
  • Support the entire T&E process, including expense reports, credit cards, payments, and expense reporting system
  • Ensure compliance with expense reporting policies and address inquiries as needed
