Summary: Seeking a Reliability Engineer with experience in aviation manufacturing to mitigate reliability risks, improve processes and outcomes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's/Technical and/or advanced degree(s) in engineering or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years in aviation manufacturing with experience in a reliability role, relating to design and manufacture of products.

  • Familiarity with aerospace quality systems, engineering standards, tools, and protocols.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and processes.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Project management experience.

  • Training in Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Use problem-solving techniques and data analysis methodologies to resolve reliability risks.

  • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing processes to understand reliability failures/issues and develop mitigation plans.

  • Identify production issues to evaluate and support root cause corrective actions to improve processes and outcomes.

  • Monitor and document production issues and field performance data to identify potential systemic issues affecting customer satisfaction.

  • Collect, document, maintain customer quality & reliability metrics; prepare & present accurate/timely reports.

Additional Information:

Relocation assistance is available. Remote work is not an option.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
