Electrical System Engineer
Summary: Seeking an Electrical System Engineer with expertise in aircraft electrical systems installations and strong troubleshooting skills.
Job Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of aircraft electrical systems installations (excluding avionics)
Strong troubleshooting skills for wiring systems within an aircraft
Electrical Schematics/3D modeling experience (e.g., SolidWorks, Catia V5, AutoCAD, Cadence)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience in test systems and writing test reports
FAA Certification processes experience
Proficiency in MS Office, PLM tools (VPM, DBT, ENOVIA), SAP
Job Responsibilities:
Support supplier qualification activities including environmental and EMI qualification reviews
Ensure conformity requirements are met for compliance testing
Coordinate substantiation of type documentation to meet certification basis
Work closely with DER to ensure compliance with technical and certification requirements
Support preparation and verification of certification plans and reports
Occasional short-term domestic and international travel may be required
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
