Summary: Seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in C and C# programming on Windows OS, capable of leading a team in developing new software products, with a focus on VoIP and SIPREC software.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in C and C# programming in Windows OS.
  • Ability to analyze network packet captures, including VoIP traffic, to diagnose network communication issues.
  • Experience leading a team in the creation and development of new software products.
  • Experience with Visual Studio and MS Team Foundation Server.
  • Working knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with VoIP and SIPREC software.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL programming for reporting, including database querying, configuration, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Agile software programming and testing processes.
  • Experience in configuring IIS web servers and troubleshooting connection issues.
  • Understanding of computer telephony integration, fault tolerance, security, telecommunication concepts, and database integration via APIs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software, including new products, features, and defect fixes using C, C#, .NET, and other tools.
  • Make software design decisions and set technical standards for functional, intuitive, and secure products.
  • Lead the R&D team in quarterly development prioritization and manage the completion of quarterly software releases.
  • Develop software for use in a Windows server environment, including integrations with PostgreSQL databases and APIs from various providers.
  • Contribute to web application development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and ASP.NET.
  • Enhance audio and screen recording modules and modify software to support passive VoIP recording and SIPREC.
  • Provide troubleshooting support to Client Support teams and resellers.
  • Ensure all software and features are documented and compliant with relevant security standards.
  • Use Axosoft to prioritize development activities and Visual Studio for software development and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and integrate software with various CAD, ACD, CTI applications, and GPS receivers.
  • Support media manipulation, source control software, and procedures related to web-based application development.


Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
