Machine Operator

Summary: Seeking entry-level Machine Operators for plastisol operations, responsible for molding PVC parts and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly
• Experience in material handling of 55-gallon drums

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with machine operation and warehouse environments

Responsibilities:

• Run assigned scheduled jobs as instructed
• Mold plastisol PVC parts according to specifications
• Assist in developing new parts/prototypes as required
• Maintain process control standards with management approval
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the department
• Reduce defective parts ratio and minimize waste
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and work area

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
