Summary: Seeking a Setup Tech to operate surface mount assembly equipment and perform quality inspections.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 20 lbs
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferred
  • Manual dexterity required
  • Proficient computer skills necessary
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to recognize and communicate operational problems
  • Experience with Universal Fuzion or GSM pick and place machines

Responsibilities:

  • Operate surface mount assembly equipment including solder paste stencil machine and reflow oven
  • Load components onto pick and place machines
  • Perform quality inspections at each stage of assembly
  • Read and understand work routers, bill of materials, assembly drawings, component identification, and polarity
  • Communicate with AOI personnel to resolve assembly issues


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
