Responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating schedules, and managing project documentation in a GMP manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering projects and construction management
  • In-depth knowledge of Change Controls and GMP manufacturing
  • Experience managing construction schedules and coordinating outages with stakeholders
  • Ability to redline drawings for as-builts and collaborate with the CADD team for updates

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience drafting and coordinating change controls with Quality teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of contractor compliance, safety protocols, PPE requirements, and permitting processes
  • Familiarity with assembling Turnover Package (TOP) documents
  • Experience in project scoping, vendor coordination, and equipment specification pricing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities across multiple projects
  • Ensure contractor compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and permit adherence
  • Address and escalate construction-related issues as needed
  • Coordinate construction schedules and communicate planned outages with stakeholders
  • Review and redline drawings for as-built documentation and work with the CADD team for updates
  • Assemble Turnover Package (TOP) documents for project closeouts
  • Ensure construction aligns with project schedules, quality standards, and specifications
  • Draft and coordinate change controls with the Quality team and relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in scoping projects, gathering pricing, and working with vendors on new equipment specifications


Pay Details: $70.00 to $90.00 per hour
