Summary: Seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in developing integrated hardware solutions and machining technology.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Expertise in Agile development processes and tools
  • Experience managing program budgets and schedules
  • Proven record interfacing with customers and external relationships
  • Experience with Contract Manufacturers, suppliers, or outside vendors
  • Experience in proposal writing and costing
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Plastics, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of experience in program management

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's degree or equivalent discipline
  • Knowledge of Lean Tools and Six Sigma Awareness
  • Statistical Analysis (SPC)
  • Optional: Knowledge of PLC codes/Ladder Logic and Robotics Language

Responsibilities:

  • Guide teams developing integrated hardware solutions, unique material, and machining technology
  • Lead teams through Agile development, maintaining schedules and budgets
  • Work closely with customers to meet technical requirements and maintain relationships
  • Support manufacturing line with continuous process improvement using Lean concepts
  • Define critical mechanical inputs and execute/analyze DOEs
  • Oversee defect analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct process training and standardize operations


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
