Program/Project Manager
Summary: Seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in developing integrated hardware solutions and machining technology.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Expertise in Agile development processes and tools
- Experience managing program budgets and schedules
- Proven record interfacing with customers and external relationships
- Experience with Contract Manufacturers, suppliers, or outside vendors
- Experience in proposal writing and costing
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Plastics, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience in program management
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree or equivalent discipline
- Knowledge of Lean Tools and Six Sigma Awareness
- Statistical Analysis (SPC)
- Optional: Knowledge of PLC codes/Ladder Logic and Robotics Language
Responsibilities:
- Guide teams developing integrated hardware solutions, unique material, and machining technology
- Lead teams through Agile development, maintaining schedules and budgets
- Work closely with customers to meet technical requirements and maintain relationships
- Support manufacturing line with continuous process improvement using Lean concepts
- Define critical mechanical inputs and execute/analyze DOEs
- Oversee defect analysis and implement corrective actions
- Conduct process training and standardize operations
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
