Summary:
Seeking a Production and Inventory Coordinator to manage purchase orders, inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier communications.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in inventory management and procurement
  • Knowledge of production processes and scheduling
  • Ability to inspect and manage incoming materials and returns
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and cycle counts
  • Experience coordinating shipments with vendors and customers
  • Proficiency in maintaining part numbers and bills of materials

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders and supplier communications
  • Maintain inventory levels, develop forecasts, and manage cycle counts
  • Inspect received materials, update inventory systems, and handle returns
  • Prioritize and oversee production processes and schedules
  • Create and manage production orders, ensuring accuracy in materials, labor, and quantities
  • Coordinate shipments to and from outsourced vendors
  • Maintain part numbers and bills of materials for products
  • Manage customer part orders, production, and shipments


Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
