Job Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with CNC machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Experience in workflow optimization and production planning
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance in a manufacturing setting

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supervising CNC machining operations
  • Ability to analyze and improve production processes for efficiency
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC equipment and production issues
  • Knowledge of inventory management and material flow

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met
  • Manage and support a team of machinists and operators in daily tasks
  • Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Assist with CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resource allocation


Pay Details: $36.00 to $45.00 per hour
