Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 & AS9100: 2016 D standards, manage quality records, and support manufacturing processes.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years in Quality and Manufacturing
    • Proficient in Technical Drawing Interpretation, GD&T, AS9102
    • Experience with quality procedures and inspection methods
    • Expertise in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT II)

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with Magnetic Particle Inspection

  • Responsibilities:

    • Maintain ISO9001/AS9100 QMS documentation
    • Represent company during audits
    • Manage calibration activities and recalls
    • Coordinate product/process approvals with stakeholders
    • Assist in developing the Quality Management System
    • Prepare and oversee First Article Inspections (AS9102)
    • Conduct internal/external quality audits
    • Drive Material Review Board for quality issues
    • Update ERP system with quality transactions
    • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
    • Provide direction and training to Quality Inspectors


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
