Summary: Seeking a VDC Modeler with expertise in Revit and experience in VDC/BIM modeling for electrical construction projects.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of full-time Revit use
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in VDC/BIM modeling, preferably in electrical construction
    • Electrical Journeyman License or Drafting Degree/Certificates preferred

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain detailed 3D models for electrical systems
    • Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve conflicts
    • Create electrical design-build documents and prefabrication drawings
    • Collaborate with VDC team, Project Managers, and Field Supervisors
    • Utilize software like Navisworks, Revizto, BIMTrack, BIM 360 for model development
    • Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training sessions

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection
    • Familiarity with Revizto or BIMTrack for model collaboration
    • Knowledge of Trimble or Point Layout Tools
    • Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction practices


Pay Details: $30.00 to $48.00 per hour
