Summary: Seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator for the 2nd shift to manage stockroom documentation, system transactional accuracy, and coordinate logistics activities.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse activities

  • Experience with ERP and/or WH systems required

  • Must be a US Person due to ITAR regulations

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong appetite to develop logistical and ERP/WH management system skills

  • Knowledge of ERP/WH system inputs, logic, and outputs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee stockroom documentation and system transactional accuracy using Macom's ERP/WH management system

  • Coordinate execution of stock control, order picklists, and dispatch documentation

  • Liaise with external freight management providers for receipts/shipments

  • Ensure material accuracy and maintain alignment between physical inventory and ERP system

  • Conduct counts and transactions to synchronize materials with system quantities

  • Communicate with internal warehouse personnel and external logistics personnel for compliance in stock receipt/dispatch paperwork



Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
