Quality Engineer - 2 Openings and Contract will go until July!
Summary: Seeking Quality Engineers for a 6-month contract to support quality engineering in manufacturing environments focused on EV chargers and medical devices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical)
- 3 to 5 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Responsibilities:
- Provide internal and external Quality Engineering support
- Act as primary customer contact for inquiries and concerns
- Perform data collection and analysis; conduct root cause investigations
- Develop and implement corrective actions based on findings
- Review and authorize Return Material Authorizations (RMA) as needed
- Participate actively in MRB meetings, APQP process, FMEA processes (DFMEA/PFMEA)
- Conduct internal audits; aid in supplier selection and development
- Assist with maintaining compliance to IATF 16949 standards
- Support calibration efforts; follow international standards for certification and QMS
Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
