Summary: Seeking a Quality Specialist to develop and oversee manufacturing processes, equipment calibration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of Quality Control standards and problem-solving tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing drawing interpretation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality assistance to various departments for process and product performance.
  • Conduct Incoming Inspection and QC Final Test during high demand periods.
  • Document findings and organize reports for cost-effective outcomes.
  • Analyze non-conformance data trends for defect-reduction programs.
  • Support the calibration program for production equipment.
  • Guide personnel training for policy compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Audit internal procedures to ensure policy adherence.


Pay Details: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour
