Sets up and operates multi-spindle thread machines and CNC machines to ensure efficient production of precision components.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience setting up and operating multi-spindle thread machines
  • Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
  • Familiarity with ACME Gridley, Britain Multi-Spindle, or ZPS Euroturn machines preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
  • Knowledge of thread cutting processes and precision machining techniques
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate multi-spindle thread machines for production runs
  • Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications
  • Maintain machine tools and ensure proper operation throughout shifts
  • Monitor production processes and address any mechanical issues to prevent downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout machining operations


Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
