CNC Floor Manager

Summary: Seeking a CNC Floor Manager with expertise in CNC machining and leadership to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure quality part production.

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of CNC machining on complex milled and turned components

• Experience with hard-to-machine metals like Titanium, Inconel, Molybdenum

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Professional demeanor and appearance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AS9100 facilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to personnel

• Communicate effectively with other departments

• Empower machinists by implementing recommendations

• Develop/enforce policies for short/long-term goals

• Ensure quality conformance with the Quality department

• Manage employee relations and operational duties

Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
