Summary: Seeking a Quality Technician with expertise in ISO 9001 requirements, nonconforming material reporting, and advanced operation of quality instruments.

  • Good understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and related QMS processes

  • Knowledge of Nonconforming Material Reporting (NCMR) forms and work instructions

  • Advanced operation of CMM, Faro Arm, Virtek, or other quality instruments

  • Familiarity with corrective and preventive actions reports (8D)

  • Ability to perform internal audits under the direction of a lead auditor

  • Basic understanding of process capability studies and analysis

  • Advanced GD & T knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare In-Process and Final Audit Reports based on customer prints

  • Maintain MRB areas including disposition of materials within the MRB process

  • Perform floor inspection, shipping & receiving, source and final inspections

  • Participate in determining root cause of defects and assist in corrective/preventive action processes using 8D methodology

  • Assist production with print interpretation and gauging as needed

  • Conduct calibration of instruments and gauges utilizing Gage Pack software

  • Enter data for SPC software



Pay Details: $13.00 to $18.00 per hour
