Press Operators (1st and 2nd)

Summary: Seeking experienced Offset Press Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to manage and maintain offset printing presses.

Requirements:

• Machine operating experience
• Experience in ink/paper mill or rework
• Ability to set up and operate offset printing presses
• Bi-lingual English/Creole preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Ryobi 520 GX, 4-color and Ryobi 520 GE, 2-color presses

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and minor maintenance work
• Make adjustments and lubricate printing operations
• Maintain pressroom equipment
• Develop correct pressure and registration between plates
• Inspect work in progress and finished materials
• Resolve technical problems with presses and inks
• Obtain or mix inks and fill ink fountains

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
