Summary: Seeking a Troubleshooter for the 2nd shift to manage and resolve issues in molding machines, ensuring quality production and efficient machine operations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to set up molds and understand material specifications
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading
  • Fork truck driving capability
  • Shop mathematics skills and use of precision measuring instruments
  • Practical trades training equivalent to 1 to 3 years

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with NC/CNC equipment program modifications

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues in starting up and maintaining molding machines
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electric, and hydraulic systems for production start-ups or tests
  • Monitor machines, make adjustments, authorize shutdowns, and troubleshoot problems
  • Shut down machines at end of production run and report faulty operations or materials
  • Analyze production schedule for efficient start-up and employee utilization
  • Comply with safety rules and maintain a clean work area
  • Complete required records accurately


Pay Details: $23.00 to $34.00 per hour
