Manufacturing Technician
Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Technician experienced in mechanical assembly, vacuum furnace operation, and industrial equipment installation.
Job Requirements:

Mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
-
Experience with orbital welding and gas panel assembly
-
Familiarity with vacuum equipment operation
-
Installation and commissioning of electronic instrumentation and process controls

Proficiency in reading Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) and assembly drawings

Mechanical skills including use of hand tools, cranes, lifts, and fork trucks

Ability to inspect incoming orders using micrometers, tape measures, and angle measurements

Computer skills: MS Office
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments (excluding pharmaceutical/medical clean room experience)
Job Responsibilities:

Assemble and operate vacuum furnaces including piping, frames, insulation packages, gas distribution systems, instrumentation wiring, and power distribution systems

Conduct operation and testing of vacuum furnaces including loading/unloading, monitoring system maintenance between runs, fluid evaluation/changes as necessary, insulation repair/replacement as required

Perform field service of vacuum furnaces and components

Handle shipping/receiving tasks including inspection of incoming orders
Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
