Customer Service Rep
Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Rep responsible for timely and accurate order entry, managing communications, and collaborating to meet customer expectations.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service Environment

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
-
Ensure accurate order entry with detailed attention to customer requirements in a high-volume environment

Manage incoming emails in personal and group mailboxes, responding or obtaining necessary information as required

Collaborate internally and externally to meet customer expectations
-
Communicate clearly with global customers in fluent English
-
Seek continuous improvement opportunities proactively

Create tracking for reported service issues and follow up as needed; escalate concerns when necessary

Create new customer accounts in ERP system when required
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
