Receiver
Summary: Seeking a Receiving/Materials Coordinator to manage material storage, verification, inventory support, and process improvement.
Job Requirements:

Ability to read and write English

General computer knowledge

Experience with Microsoft Office

Operate forklift/material handling equipment

Moderate physical demands - ability to lift 50 lbs
Job Responsibilities:
-
Store materials as received within 24 hours
-
Receive tooling the same day it arrives
-
Record receipts in Great Plains and Sesame systems
-
Verify and scan certificates; gauge and approve/reject materials
-
Control organization of all Raw and WIP materials
-
Prepare plastic for recycle/shipment; backfill materials from storage to work areas
-
Assist in developing/improving processes for material location, inventory location, and minimum level identification

Manage consumables inventory and purchase requisitions
-
Support 1st shift Production supervisor with added tasks
-
Assist with inventory management
-
Ensure fabric rack is organized and labeled
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of annex
-
Cross-train as primary backup for shipping
-
Perform other tasks as assigned
Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
