QC Inspector

Summary: Seeking a QC Inspector responsible for first article inspection reporting, final inspection of completed products, and operation of inspection equipment.

Job Requirements:

• 2-10 years of experience in the field or a related area

• Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures related to ISO9001

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, & Word)

• Prior ERP experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspection of machined products

• Conduct receiving inspection of raw materials

• Maintain AS9100D compliance

• Monitor and assist in production throughput

• Assist in shipping products

• Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures

• Interpret quality control philosophy to personnel within the organization

• Coordinate objectives with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs

• Provide inspection activity throughout the production cycle

• Apply total quality management tools to analytical and reporting processes

• Participate actively in the quality management team and training programs

• Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality (NCMR, CA, RMA)

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
