QC Inspector
Summary: Seeking a QC Inspector responsible for first article inspection reporting, final inspection of completed products, and operation of inspection equipment.
Job Requirements:
-
2-10 years of experience in the field or a related area
-
Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures related to ISO9001
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, & Word)

Prior ERP experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:

Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspection of machined products
-
Conduct receiving inspection of raw materials
-
Maintain AS9100D compliance
-
Monitor and assist in production throughput
-
Assist in shipping products
-
Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures
-
Interpret quality control philosophy to personnel within the organization
-
Coordinate objectives with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
-
Provide inspection activity throughout the production cycle
-
Apply total quality management tools to analytical and reporting processes
-
Participate actively in the quality management team and training programs
-
Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality (NCMR, CA, RMA)
Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
