CNC Machinist / Operator
Summary: Seeking a CNC Machinist and Operator to set up and operate CNC machines for fabricating metallic and nonmetallic parts.
Job Requirements:

Proficiency in reading blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications.

Ability to measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on materials or workpieces.

Skilled in selecting, aligning, and securing holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments.

Expertise in calculating and setting controls for machining factors such as speed and feed.

Ability to start and observe machine operations to detect malfunctions.

Competence in verifying conformance of finished workpieces to specifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and CNC machines.

Perform trial runs to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.

Fit and assemble parts into complete assemblies.

Install machined replacement parts in mechanisms, machines, equipment; test operation for functionality.

Operate welding equipment to cut or weld parts.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
